Our cooperation takes the form of meetings and discussions. During these conversations, I will guide you with questions, feedback, and occasional thought exercises. Between meetings, homework is expected. Remember, you are the one responsible for your development. Our relationship does not take the form of teacher-student, but rather an equal, balanced correspondence between two adults. Whether you are an emerging manager navigating a new position or a well-seasoned executive with years of experience, I am not above you.
